Premonitions by Jude Watson

Gracie has premonitions. She can see when things happened, are happening or are going to happen. She has had this since before her mom's death. She knew about what would happen to her mother, but fate kept her mom on that plane. Gracie has had to move in with her Aunt Shay, though it's not the same as before. Gracie has barely any friends, except one, her best friend Emily.

Gracie doesn't really have a particular fondness for Emily, so when Emily asks Gracie if they are friends, Emily walks off angrily at her answer. Gracie has a premonition of what will happen next. And consequently, she is the last person to see her before she disappears. Gracie fears that the premonitions are the only hope of ever finding her.

This is a great book and I highly recommend it. It's also an Accelerated Reader which is great plus for your grades. In addition, this book is also a sequel. WARNING: Some readers might be annoyed with Gracie's personality, because she is a really detached person. This is a book you can really get in to. Don't forget!
