Fortuna Elementary School District is asking that you join in our efforts to raise money for our school.  Please take these steps to register for the e-Scrip program. Fill out the Safeway Club Card information sheet from the school offices.  You will need your Safeway Card number listed at the bottom of the card. Return information to the School Secretary or Teacher.  The School will use your information to enroll you in the e-Scrip program.  Your information will be shredded after the Safeway card number and your name have been given to e-Scrip by the Principal. If you do not have a Safeway Card, please go to Safeway’s Customer Service Office and ask for a Safeway card. You will then have a number assigned to you for each time you shop at any Safeway. If you are willing to help Fortuna Union Elementary schools sign up other relatives, friends and neighbors, please see the School’s Secretary for more applications. If you haven’t used your Safeway Club Card and need to find out your Club number, please call this toll free number: 1-877-723-3929, ext. 4. This will take you to Safeway’s Customer Service.
