Garfield School does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, religion, handicap (or disability) or age and prohibits sexual harassment in any of its policies, procedures or practices. The District does not allow retaliation against any person who complains, testifies, or in any way participates in the District’s complaint procedure.
This nondiscrimination policy covers admission and access to, and treatment and employment in, the District's programs and activities.
