Special Agent Jackie Long has been training law
enforcement in the drug abuse recognition technique since the 1980s. The sixteen-hour course of instruction is designed to help school staff and others working with juveniles to recognize persons who are under the influence of a controlled substance or alcohol. This course will utilize lecture, digital multimedia, and hands-on instruction. Participants will receive a certificate of course completion, materials and penlight. Jackie’s previous trainings at HCOE have booked quickly, so please register early!
