InformationFingerprinting Employment fingerprint clearance
is required for all school district employees. Certificated
and classified substitutes and temporary employees working
for more than one school district may have their fingerprint
clearances done through the HCOE. You may obtain the necessary
paperwork at Humboldt County Office of Education, Personnel
Dept.
Fee: $32.00 personal check
or money order (payable to HCOE) or cash, no Visa or
MasterCard.
Live Scan processing fee:
$30.00 - Arcata Police Department
$25.00 - Eureka Police Department
$20.00 - Fortuna Police Department
$30.00 - Sheriff's Office (cash only)
Upon securing employment,
you are required to FILE A COPY OF YOUR CREDENTIAL WITH
HUMBOLDT COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION in order to receive
a paycheck for certificated employment. This can be accomplished
either by mailing or bringing a copy to Humboldt County
Office of Education, 901 Myrtle Ave., Eureka, CA 95501.
