Finance Management
Financial Literacy teaches financial aspects of career planning, money management, consumer rights and responsibilities, personal decision making, cost of living on your own, buying and caring for a vehicle, checking and banking services, credit management, saving for the future, purchasing real estate, calculating interest, making investments, buying insurance, payroll, and personal income tax returns. The activities in the course include real life projects that teach skills necessary to manage one’s personal finances and to apply consumer math when making financial decisions.
