Transition Partnership Program (TPP)
TPP is an interagency vocational program funded by the California State Department of Rehabilitation (DR) in cooperation with the Humboldt County Office of Education.
To assist students with barriers to employment to become competitive in the world of work.

WorkAbility
A California State Department of Education program coordinated at the local County Office of Education for high school students with Individual Education Plans (IEP's) throughout Humboldt County.
The mission of WorkAbility 1 is to promote the involvement of key stakeholders including students, families, educators, employers and other agencies that will culminate in successful student transition to employment, life-long learning and quality of adult life.
Eligible students may be able to participate in paid work training with Workers’ Compensation Coverage provided by the program.

Both Programs
- Provide career counseling, job coaching, vocational education, and job placement.
- Are designed to assist student s in obtaining meaningful vocational experience.
- Are designed to assist youth with barriers to employment in planning for and taking necessary steps to achieve success in the world of work.
- Are school/community linkage programs.
- Serve students during high school and register with adult agencies before graduation.
